Memberships are for one person only and will incorporate a photograph; they may not be used by anyone other than the membership holder. Membership holders may not bypass a queue to enter the park. An administration charge of £2.50 applies to replace a lost/stolen Membership cards.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Gold, Silver or Bronze Membership, you may still use it under the same terms until it expires. When your Membership expires, you may not renew under the old scheme now that it has been discontinued but may purchase a new Membership, as detailed above, from the Jungle Gift Shop.
