CCTV is used around the Tropical Butterfly House grounds in order to prevent crime, in the interests of health and safety and to help us ensure the highest standards of care for our visitors.
You are welcome to take photographs around the park but we kindly ask that visitors make every effort not to adversely affect another person’s enjoyment of an activity (for example, obscuring someone else’s view in order to capture an image). Members of staff and our appointed official photographer JDavies Photography may include you in photographs; you may tell our photographers if you do not wish to be included, otherwise by entering the grounds of the Tropical Butterfly House, we assume that you give permission to appear in photographs which we may use for marketing or advertising purposes. In line with the Data Protection Act, your name will not be included unless you specifically give permission.
