The centre is open all year except a few days around Christmas.

Easter to September
Monday - Friday: 10am - 4:30pm
Saturday, Sunday and school holidays: 10am - 5:30pm

October to March
Monday-Friday: 11am - dusk/4:30pm (whichever is earliest)
Saturday, Sunday and school holidays: 10am - 5pm
Closed: 22nd-26th December and
31st December - 1st January 2009

2008 admission charges
Adult: £6.99
Child: £5.99 (Under 3's admitted free.)
Family ticket: £25.99 (2 adults and up to 3 children or 1 adult and up to 4 children)
Student / OAP: £6.25
Friends of the Butterfly House: £45.00 per year
(allows unlimited admission at £1 per person per visit for up to 8 people)

Butterfly Café
The Butterfly Café
serves tasty hot and cold meals and snacks as well as a range of homemade cakes and hot and cold drinks. We also have plenty of indoor and outdoor picnic areas.

Jungle gift shop
End your visit with a souvenir from our Jungle gift shop.


For the comfort of all visitors and the safety of our animals:
• Most of the centre is accessible to wheelchairs and push-chairs. Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are also available.
• Please ensure children are supervised during your visit
• Sorry - dogs are not permitted, except for guide dogs. Please do not bring your dog and leave him in the car.

Directions
Exit the M1 at junction 31 and take the A57 signposted to Worksop. Turn left off the A57 at the second set of traffic lights signed to Dinnington. At the brow of the hill turn right just before 'The Cutler' public house and carry on along Woodsetts Road. We are approximately half a mile out of the village of North Anston on the left hand side of the road. We have ample free car parking, right outside the entrance.



















The nearest train stations are Worksop (5 miles) and Kiveton Park (3 miles). Bus services operate from Rotherham, Sheffield and worksop - please contact South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive on 01709 515 151 for further information.
