New Winter Opening Hours
We would like to let all our visitors, members and partners know of our new winter opening hours over the coming months.
This means that we will be operating shorter weekday opening times and will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during the time periods detailed below.
By closing on quieter days, we can concentrate on undertaking important maintenance work on site, creating major improvements for the park for both our animal enclosures and our visitors.
It will also give our team and animals crucial time and space for important training and the opportunity to reintroduce some of our much-loved animal talks and displays back into our programme.
We appreciate the amazing ongoing support we have received from everyone as we’ve weathered the changes of the past year together and can only reassure you that we will be busy behind the scenes using this time to improve the visitor experience moving forward.
As we head towards the festive season, we will be busier than Santa’s elves getting ready to deliver news of the exciting new projects we are keeping under wraps - just for the time being!
We would like to remind customers that Lottie’s Coffee Lounge will also remain closed on Monday and Tuesday during this time for health and safety reasons due to work commencing on the main park site.
Please rest assured that all memberships, gift vouchers and experiences will be extended to cover the time we are closed. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com
The Tropical Butterfly House and Lottie’s Coffee Lounge will be closed on Monday and Tuesday (open Wednesday - Sunday) during the following periods:
- Monday 1 November – Tuesday 14 December 2021
- Tuesday 4 January – Tuesday 8 February 2022
- Weekday opening hours: 11am – 3.30pm
